ご存知のように、HSEによる地域社会での妊娠終結（ToP）サービスの提供を可能にする法律の制定が間もなく予定されています。
アイルランドの臨床コミュニティと合意したサービスを提供するために、2つの医薬品（ミフェプリストンとミソプロストール）をGPと指定センターが地域薬局に直接注文できるよう、ストックオーダー制度で提供する予定です。
ミフェプリストンは現在アイルランドで認可されており、ミソプロストールは2019年初頭に認可が予定されている免除医薬品として利用できるようになる予定です。医師はミフェプリストン600mgを使用することを選択できますが、アイルランドの環境では200mgのものが使用されることが多いようです。この場合、処置を完了するために、より高用量のミソプロストール（800cg）が必要となります。
青い在庫注文書は、GPまたは指定されたセンターが製品を注文するために使用されます。承認されたサービス提供者のみに、青いストックオーダー用紙が配布されています。もし、あなたの地域のGPまたは指定センターからこの用紙を受け取った場合、PCRS（pharmacy.response @hse.ie）に転送してください。そうすれば、HSEからオールファーのToP製品を入手するための認可が受けられます。これはプロセスの重要な部分ですので、あなたの地域の医師から供給要請があった場合は、できるだけ早くPCRSへストックオーダー用紙を転送してください。HSEからの認可がない場合、Allpharは製品をお届けすることができません。
要求されたToP製品をGP手術室に供給することに加え、月末に例外として払い戻しを受けるため、在庫注文書をコード化してプライマリーケア診療報酬サービスに提出する必要があります。

20 December 2018Re Medicines for Termination of Pregnancy Services
Dear Pharmacist,
As you are aware, enactment of legislation is anticipated shortly to allow for the provision of Terminatio of Pregnancy (ToP) Services by the HSE in the community setting.
To deliver the service as agreed with the Irish Clinical Community, there will be two medicinal products (Mifepristone and Misoprostol) available under the Stock Order system for GPs and designated centres to order from Community Pharmacies directly.
Mifepristone is currently licensed in Ireland and Misoprostol will be available as an Exempt Medicinal Product with licensing anticipated early in 2019. While the medical practitioner may choose to use the Mifepristone 600mg, it is more like that a 200mg ose will be used in the Irish setting. Where this occurs, a higher dose of Misoprostol (800cg) will be required to complete the procedure.
A blue stock order form will be used by the GP or designated centres to order products. Only those approved providers of service have been circulated with the blue stock order forms. If you receive one of these from a GP or designated centre in your locality, please forward it to PCRS at pharmacy.response @hse.ie so that you can be authorised by the HSE to access ToP products from Allphar, This is an essential part of the process so you should forward the stock order from to PCRS at the earliest opportunity when you receive a request to supply from a practitioner in your area. Allphar will not deliver product in the absence of authorition from the HSE.
Further to supplying the requested ToP products to the GP surgery, the stock order form should be coded and submitted to the Primary Care Reimbursement Service for reimbursement as an exception at the end of the month.
