"家族の保護 "に関する国連の人権理事会決議

2014年、2015年、2016年の人権理事会で「家族の保護」に関する決議が可決された。「家族の保護」アジェンダは、家族に関する「伝統的」で家父長的な解釈を押し付け、権利を家族構成員の手から「家族」という制度に移そうとする超保守的な努力を推進している。
「家族の保護」言説は、家族構成員に対して行われた侵害を擁護し、不処罰を強化・正当化し、家族内および家族生活に対する平等な権利を制限するために用いられる。 この言説は、国際的な人権空間において、反権利活動家によって用いられる重要な言説のひとつである。
人権理事会による４つの決議
- 2014年6月に採択された「家族の保護（Protection of the family）」（A/HRC/RES/26/11）
- 2015年7月に採択された「家族の保護：特に貧困撲滅と持続可能な開発の達成における役割を通じて、その構成員の適切な生活水準への権利の実現に対する家族の貢献（Protection of the family: contribution of the family to the realization of the right to an adequate standard of living for its members, particularly through its role in poverty eradication and achieving sustainable development）」（A/HRC/RES/29/22）
- 2016年7月に採択された家族の保護：「障害者の人権の保護と促進の支援における家族の役割（Protection of the family: role of the family in supporting the protection and promotion of human rights of persons with disabilities）」（A/HRC/RES/32/23）
- 2017年6月に採択された「家族の保護：高齢者の人権の保護と促進を支える家族の役割（Protection of the family: role of the family in supporting the protection and promotion of human rights of older persons）」（A/HRC/RES/26/11）
