43. We express our strong concern about the rollback of women’s and girls’ rights in particular in time of crisis and we strongly condemn all violations and abuses of human rights and fundamental freedoms for women and girls and LGBTQIA+ people around the world. We further recognize the essential and transformative role of comprehensive SRHR in gender equality and women’s and girls’ empowerment, and in supporting diversity, including of sexual orientations and gender identities. We reaffirm our full commitment to achieving comprehensive SRHR for all , including by addressing access to safe and legal abortion and post abortion care.

3. Ensure access to Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) and Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) care for all Reiterate the importance of SRH care as an essential part of Universal Health Coverage. Promote access to safe, youth-friendly, inclusive, rights-based, sex-positive and non-stigmatizing contraception, abortion, and other SRH services regardless of age, gender and sexuality including in humanitarian crises and emergency situations. Implement CSE both in and out of schools through community-based training and outreach with diverse SOGIESC perspectives. Repeal discriminatory and restrictive laws and policies against SRHR such as criminalization of abortion and forced sterilization. Reaffirm collective efforts and full commitment to SRHR based on international agreements, such as the ICPD Programme of Action, the Beijing Platform for Action, and CEDAW.

We recognize the essential and transformative role of comprehensive sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) in gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls, and bodily autonomy, and in supporting diversity, including of sexual orientation and gender identity. We reaffirm our full commitment to achieving comprehensive SRHR for all, including by addressing access to safe and legal abortion and post abortion care. We stress our commitment to reducing maternal and child deaths, and eliminating harmful practices.
